A lovely, rustic family townhouse with three bedrooms, sea views, private patio/garden, easy access to a large communal pool, beach and close to Estepona port and town. All bedrooms and living room have independent air con units for heating and cooling. The en-suite master bedroom has a king size bed (160x200 CM) and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each that can be joined together to form a super king size bed (180x200 CM). Two full bathrooms - En-suite bathroom with shower cabin, WC, sink and bidet and the family bathroom with bath with over-head shower, WC and sink. The bright lounge has direct views to the sea plus a dining area for six guests. A fully fitted kitchen with gas stove and all mod cons for a family of six. There is an additional outdoor dining area on the first floor also for six guests with amazing and relaxing sea views. The lounge is equipped with a flatscreen with an international streaming TV package and high speed fibre optic internet with plenty of seating and direct access to the spacious terrace. There are stairs leading down to the private patio/garden with access to the communal gardens, beach and pool. A 30 second walk to the beach from the gardens or any communal swimming pool and tennis court in the urbanisation. A large communal parking area is available just outside the property. All in all, a memorable family holiday in Estepona.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
