The villa has its own private gate access to the quiet, good-sized community swimming pool set in lovely Mediterranean gardens offering plenty of sunny grassy areas where your children may be observed from the terrace --- There is also a direct access to the Estepona coastal path and a quiet beach with a mixture of sand and pebbles only two minutes away from the villa --- The property has been extensively refurbished and comprises three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk-in shower, making it ideal for six to stay and have their own space, plus a guest lavatory/cloakroom. The bright and airy split-level lounge, with its comfortable soft sofas and flat-screen television, has a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Outside you will find a large covered terrace with sliding bi-fold glass doors, plus several patio areas with sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The villa is equipped with independent air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living rooms and the marble flooring also helps to keep the house cooler in summer. For entertainment, this house has a premium television system offering several channels in multi languages including Sky, there is also a high-speed fibre optic internet connection via Wifi. Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
