A lovely, bright and spacious three bedroom townhouse located in a charming and tranquil urbanisation called Biarritz Green just outside San Pedro de Alcantara. The house is presented in two levels with all the bedrooms on the top floor. When entering the property, we find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a family holiday along with a small outdoor laundry area. The spacious living room has a homely feel offering a dining area for six guests and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a flatscreen TV with plenty of international channels including Sky. The lounge has direct access to the patio terrace through the sliding doors that offer plenty of light and create a cosy atmosphere offering views of the lovely gardens and the saltwater community pool. There is a second patio terrace in the back with extra comfort seating surrounded by green grass. From the patio terrace we can access the well maintained community gardens and the inviting saltwater swimming pool that is open all year round. On the first floor we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The en-suite bedroom has a double bed with access to a private balcony with partial sea views. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom and have two single beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans to circulate the air throughout the house as air-conditioning is not really needed as the house is quite cool during the summer months. Both bathrooms in this floor are equipped with bath, overhead shower, WC and sink. The entire house benefits from a high speed fibre optic internet connection and we may provide international TV such as Sky upon request. Street parking is only available around the house. A lovely family destination perfect for your holidays in the Costa del Sol.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
