The Caminito del Rey is located between Ardales and Alora. The tour runs along a path of more than three kilometers along the side of the mountain, we will see a canyon at a height of 105 meters above the river, where the natural landscape is mixed with flora and fauna of the environment. The footbridges run between mountains, wooden passages, glass and hanging bridges. It is unique and exceptional in the world. The path in its beginnings was inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII, and served as a step for the construction works of the Guadalhorce reservoirs; hence the name of Caminito del Rey.
